questions to find out what Clients really want
so we can save them Time by showing them only
the homes that are right for them. We save Clients
Money by making sure their home is everything
it should be, that everything is in working
order, and that the neighborhood is what they
are looking for. We do not “keep score”
by dollars earned or homes sold – we keep
score by counting satisfied Clients. At the
end of the day, we would rather have a Client
NOT buy a home than have that Client buy the
WRONG home. We want you to be completely satisfied
because we want to be your Realtors for life,
we want to sell you your next ten homes and
we want to sell all your friends their next
ten homes as well.

Our primary job is to make sure that everyone
who should know about our Client’s home
does know about it. We use traditional media,
new media and whatever means required to get
the word out. Our superior marketing and tenacious
follow-through ensure that homes listed with
us sell for the maximum amount possible.

- After the sale, during escrow, we are
the bulldog of your equity. One of us is
present at each inspection and during every
negotiation. We work tirelessly to defend
your position, protect your rights and prevent
the erosion of your most-valuable asset.

the stage, inform the appropriate players

process from the first showing to handing
